Initial Appointment

The first appointment with Dr. Trippitelli is a consultation in which she does a thorough evaluation of the patient’s condition and outlines a recommended treatment strategy. If you mutually agree on the recommended treatment plan, she will be happy to see you for continued care.

Office Hours

*Weekdays by Appointment

Professional Fees/Insurance

*All professional fees are due in full at the time of the appointment. All patients are required to keep an active credit card on file to use for billing for routine appointments as well as administrative requests such as paperwork or letters, and to charge for any missed appointments. If you come to an in person visit you can also pay by check or cash.

*This practice does not participate directly with insurance companies. In many cases, you can receive partial reimbursement for our services by submitting an itemized statement that I can provide to your health insurance company. The itemized statement will include the necessary diagnoses codes and visit type codes. We will be happy to sign and help you with any additional forms required by your insurance company, but you are responsible for submitting them.

Cancellation Policy

*At least 48 hours (2 business days) notice is required to avoid being charged the full fee of your reserved session.

Administrative Matters

*Most of the time the doctor completes administrative matters for you, such as filling out forms, during your appointment time so that you are present to answer any questions. If it is necessary for the doctor to complete the requested administrative matters outside of your office visit, administrative fees will be charged to you.

To provide a good standard of care, Dr. Trippitelli requires all patients to be seen a minimum of once every three months, if they are getting prescription medications.
